Paul J. Flory Education Award
1996
Professor Eric Baer, of the Department of Macromolecular Science, Case Western University, will receive the Paul J. Flory Education Award. The Paul J. Flory Education Award was established by the Division of Polymer Chemistry in 1981 to recognize encourage and stimulate outstanding achievements by an individual in promoting undergraduate and/or graduate polymer education.
The award is sponsored by DuPont and consists of a plaque and $2,000. A symposium in his honor will also be held as a part of the Division of Polymer Chemistry program in New Orleans.
